Cancellation Policy

Bromley Hair Lounge requires a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. 

Refusal to pay the cancellation fee will result in you not being able to book a future service. 

$25 per hour of services booked will be charged in the event of non-compliance with this policy or in the event of a no-show without notice.

Bromley Hair Lounge reserves the right to cancel an appointment if over 15 minutes late and may have to be rescheduled if the stylist cannot complete the services in the remaining time frame before the next client.
